Have you found yourself wrapped up in the podcast craze yet? I never thought it would be something that I would enjoy until I found some absolutely amazing ones and now dogs walks have been changed forever. I basically try to throw myself into any activities these days that stop me from scrolling social media. Especially since the new ‘screen time’ update on my iPhone has been shaming me each week. It comes to something when even your phone starts judging you.
I asked my followers on instagram to recommend their favourites too so I will share not only my go to podcasts but also the ones that came out on top.
My Top 4
All Killa No Filla
Two comedians, Kiri Prichard-McLean and Rachel Fairburn talk about serial killers. It is dark and funny and I have listened to every singe episode. Without a doubt my favourite podcast at the moment. Though I do wonder what people would think if they knew what I was listening to when we smile and nod as we pass each there on our dog walks.
My Favourite Murder
Another true crime podcast by two American comedians. Pretty similar to All Killa No Filla but often I haven’t heard of the people they are talking about.
A fantastic podcast for creatives. A podcast that I listen too when I need inspiration and reassurance. Sara Tasker is an amazing content creator on instagram and it is so useful to hear her opinions and those of so many great guests.
The High Low
Sometimes I like to listen to things that make me feel a little bit more intelligent and this podcast is absolutely that for me. I am sure everyone will be eye rolling at the fact I am not up to date with current affairs. Maybe this is a massive flaw of mine. So to make me feel better about it I make sure I have a weekly dose of Pandora and Dolly so I feel like at least I am trying!
Hat Very (but old) Jacket All Saints Dress Hush
I received so so many recommendations on my instagram. These are the ones that were mentioned time and time again!
The Great Indoors
Happy Place – Fearne Cotton

I love all of these (and a few I’ve not heard of, going to get involved!) I have to recommend Joan and Jericha. It’s so filthy and funny! Probs not for everyone but great if you have a dark sense of humour.
Sounds right up my street! Thanks for the recommendation!
Yes to Joan and Jericah!!! It’s absolutely brilliant.
West Cork is very good. Available on Audible which you can get a free trial for 30 days. xx
Ah Thank you!
Thanks for sharing I haven’t actually listened to any of these except Fearne as I’m new to the podcast game. – and don’t worry I know very little about current affairs so ‘The High Low’ will be added to my list! 🙂
I’ve not really dabbled in podcasts so much but I think I need to give them a bash as get FOMO.
