I’ve been reading some articles about how being positive can actually have health benefits. I assume it’s because if you are positive in difficult situations you manage stress levels better, and as a mother of a toddler who has been known to stick his finger up his brothers bum (story for another day) I have my fair share of stress.
So today I have woken up determined to change my own opinion of my body. I don’t like how I look. But beating myself isn’t helping.
I am the girl who cries about her tummy at the same time as eating three donuts. I guess you could say I often look slightly unhinged.
I even have got myself a motivational cup from Tillyanna!
This weeks meal plan is a tough one because I want to put the effort in while I still feel determined.
Breakfast and lunch are Cute Meal Replacement drinks. Dinner will be either my Hellofresh meals or a jacket potato with salad. Snacks will be fruit.
(I have a meal out on Thursday which might out a spanner in the works)
I am intending on doing 5 HIIT sessions from Joe Wicks YouTube channel. First session done today!
