Being a busy mum I always try to choose the simplest of outfits. I love dresses and jumpsuits because they are a one stop shop to creating an outfit that makes it look like you have the time or energy to care about your appearance.
Today I have braided my hair in two fish tail braids and slapped on some MAC Lady Danger lippie.
I love this Asos dress because I think it will look great with a chunky jumper and tights in the winter. (The clouds have just appeared so I’ve chucked on my full length grey cardy)
These ladies and gentleman are the shoes of dreams. They are so incredibly comfortable. They are from Cara London which I’m not sure many people have heard of. We have a store in Cheltenham and obviously I was initially attracted by the name. I am so in love with them, if you want to treat yourself to one staple item then I would definitely say this should be it!
Wilfred giving me the look of love here.
I hope you guys like me doing outfit posts and more importantly like what I wear!
Just working from home on emails and have been totally distracted by this blog post.
The dress. ❤
The lippy. ❤
The shoes. ❤
Oh my Cara, you have excelled yourself with this one. Perfection!! Xx
Aw thank you!
I love the outfit 😊
The outfit looks fabulous Cara and as always so do you, I love your blogs they are like happy little beams of light in my life and your humour makes me laugh. Wilf is also just fantastic ❤️
Loving this look! So pretty 💁
Though for me, who struggles with plaits at the best of times…clumsy fingers, fishtail braids just don’t constitute a quick and easy style.
Would love too see a tutorial to see what I’m doing wrong!! This, and also your lovely halo braid style – my attempts look like I’ve fallen into a shed and come out looking abit dishevelled with a bit of old rope draped on my head!! 🙈
Must. Try. Harder 😁
I just bought this dress the other day and I love it and I love it on you!
Much love! Xx
